The Offer is applicable only for transactions starting from 00:00 hrs on 20th July 2016 till 23:59 hrs on 20th October 2016 at www.urbanladder.com and Urban Ladder mobile app onlyOffer applicable Website - www.urbanladder.com only, desktop site, mobile site and mobile application.

The Offer is applicable on EMI transactions on Citibank credit cards only. This Offer is valid only for EMI Tenure of 3 months and 6 months. Transactions where Citibank EMI option is not selected at the time of payment will not be eligible for EMI cashback under the offer.

Citibank merchant EMI Terms & Conditions will be applicable on EMI transactions as mentioned at: www.online.citibank.co.in/card-offers/pdfs/EMI-TC.pdf . Cash back for all eligible EMI transactions will be credited within 90 business days. Interest rates applicable as below:

The Offer is applicable on Citibank credit cards issued in India, except Citibank corporate Credit cards

The Offer is brought to the Customer by the participating merchant. The applicable cashback amount shall be credited to customer’s credit card account by Citibank as per offer terms and conditions.

Citibank holds no warranty and shall not be responsible for the delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the offer and/or products/services made available to the Customers under the Offer.

Any disputes regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality made available to the Customers under the Offer on the products/services under the Offer must be addressed in writing, by the Customer directly to the participating Merchant. Citibank shall not entertain any communication in this regard. Any query/ contention/dispute raised by any Customer to Citibank shall be forwarded to the Merchant Outlets. Merchant shall be solely responsible for resolving such queries/ contentions/disputes within reasonable time.

Citibank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to a Customer, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products/services under the Offer.

Merchant holds no warranty and shall not be responsible for crediting of cash back of the interest amount to the Customers under the Offer. The cashback will be credited in the credit card account of an eligible Customer through Citibank within 90 days from the date of purchase.

Any disputes regarding the credit of the cashback under this Offer must be addressed in writing, by the Customer directly to Citibank. Merchant shall not entertain any communication in this regard. Any query/ contention/dispute raised by any Customer to the Merchant shall be forwarded to Citibank. Citibank shall be solely responsible for resolving such queries/ contentions/disputes within reasonable time.

Citibank and the Merchant jointly reserve the right to extend or terminate this Offer without prior notice. Citibank and the Merchant jointly also reserve the right at any time, without prior notice, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace wholly, or in part, this Offer by another Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.

A Customer without being required to do any further act shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions herein and as mentioned on www.urbanladder.com. The terms and conditions of this Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the rules and regulations governing the use of the Citibank Credit Card and/or the Citibank websites as well as www.urbanladder.com as stated above. Payment of fees/service charges/all other amounts due from the Customer to Citibank from usage of credit cards by the Customer under this Offer and/or otherwise will be governed by Citibank Account Terms & Conditions, the Cardmember Terms and Conditions and the Most Important Terms and Conditions which are available on the online portal http://www.citibank.com/india.

The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer nor can be transferred/ assigned to any other person/ customer.

If the Offer and/or anything to be done by Citibank and/or the Merchant or any other entity in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Citibank or any other entity, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorised intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of Citibank and/or the Merchant or the other entity/ies, then Citibank and/or the Merchant and/or the other entity/ies shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences.

All of Citibank’s actions shall be on a best-efforts basis only.

The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Bangalore.
