  • Do you ship to my city and location?

    For a superlative customer experience, we have decided to deliver each product personally.

  • What is the estimated delivery time?

    To know the tentative delivery date for your city, please enter your pincode in the Estimated Delivery Date For box available on the product page.

    Once an order is placed, we send out the estimated delivery timelines in the order confirmation email. You can subsequently track you order here.

  • How can I have my whole house furnished by you?

    How lovely! First off, congratulations on your new home. Must be quite exciting for you and your family. We can certainly help you furnish your home. All you need to do is sign up for a consultation here.

    As a next step, we will call you to schedule an appointment with our Design Consultant at a mutually convenient time to discuss your requirements. Meanwhile, our design team will put together a quick concept proposal based on your answers to the questionnaire to give direction in your conversation with the Design Consultant during the visit. Do feel free to give them your feedback or ask them to iterate on the concept proposal.

    The first proposal is a concept proposal, and will not reflect everything you want from us. Please don’t worry. We’ll work with you to do up your home just the way you want it.

  • How do I track my order status?

    Just use the Track Order link on the top right of the website! You will need to provide your

    1. Order Number
    2. the Phone Number you used to place the order.

    You can see the following details for each order:

    1. the order number
    2. the tentative delivery date and current tracking status of each product belonging to this order.

    Here’s a quick explanation of what each of the tracking statuses mean:

    1. Placed - This means that the order has been placed and confirmed (for pay on delivery orders)
    2. Quality Check - This means that the product(s) are through our Quality Check process, and will be dispatched soon.
    3. Dispatched - This means that the product(s) have been dispatched from our fulfillment center and are en-route to a delivery center in your city.
    4. At Delivery Center - This means that the product(s) have reached the delivery center in your city. Post this, you will get a call from our delivery team to schedule the delivery and installation.
    5. Outbound - This means that the product(s) are out for delivery and are making their way to your home!
  • What warranty does Urban Ladder have for its products?

    Here are all the warranty details :

    For products made of wood (solid wood or otherwise) :

    • a year’s warranty on any manufacturing defects.
    • lifetime warranty in case of a rare occurrence of borers in your solid wood furniture. Borers are tiny insects that feed on the wood, usually come from the wood itself. If you see white powder around your furniture, just contact us and we’ll help. Don't worry.

    For our sofas :

    • a 3-year warranty on the sofa structure
    • 2-year warranty on the cushions against any manufacturing defects. Normal usage or normal wear and tear isn’t covered under warranty. With sofas, the cushions do get softer over time and will conform to the shape of the user, or the position the user sits in. Fibre-filled backs and arm rests will flatten with time. We also do not offer any warranty on upholstery for sofas.

    • a 5-year warranty against any manufacturing defects.

    For kitchens :

    • a 5 year warranty on cabinets, doors, panels and drawer work-fronts.
    • lifetime warranty for Hettich hardware and accessories and Evershine accessories

  • Is there a first time customer discount?

    We’d love for you to try us out, see what we have to offer, order from us, experience the joy of seeing a beautifully crafted product at your home before we give you a discount to buy something from us. So, we don’t have a first time customer discount.

    At Urban Ladder, we stand by our products and our service and are proud of the value we provide to a customer. Post your first order, you will automatically be eligible for our referral program which is highly rewarding and popular.

  • I want to customize one of your products, can I do that?

    Interesting! We’d love to hear from you to see how our products can improve. However, at this point, we are unable to offer customization of any of our products. Really sorry about that!

  • Are there any delivery charges or installation charges?

    No! There are no delivery or installation charges as long as you are in one of our serviceable cities/pincodes. Delivery,installation and clean up after the delivery process is on us. Go ahead and fearlessly order away.

  • What kind of exchange program do you have?

    We currently offer 2 kinds of exchange programs, both in a tie-up with Gozefo.

  • How can I place a bulk order?

    If you wish to place an order of large quantities, or if you wish to order for your business/home/guest house etc, do write in at bulk@urbanladder.com.

    We currently are unable to customise products per your specifications but we can suggest alternatives that exist in our catalogue depending on your request.
