TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (hereinafter referred as ‘HSBC’) and any participation in the said offer is voluntary.
2. The offer is applicable to existing and new HSBC Credit Cardholders, excluding Corporate Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Cardholders’). Credit Cardholders who have not repaid their minimum payment due within 30 days of their payment due date as mentioned on the credit card statement, will not be eligible for the offer.
3. Cardholders are required to use their valid HSBC Credit Card to avail of the offer.
4. During the period 15 September 2016 to 15 December 2016 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”), Cardholders on using their valid HSBC Credit Card (‘Card’) at merchant website link  Urbanladder.com (Please copy paste the merchant website link on your desktop or mobile browser to access the website) or the Urban Ladder mobile application, will be entitled to 10% cashback on a minimum single purchase transaction of INR 10,000, Subject to a maximum cash back of INR 2,500 per card account during the Offer Period (“Offer”).
5. Add on Credit Cardholders will not have separate offer eligibility.
6. Multiple Card transactions adding up to INR 10,000 during the Offer Period will not be eligible for the Offer. However, multiple items adding up to INR 10,000 included in a single transaction will be eligible for the Offer.
7. The cashback will be credited to Cardholder's account by HSBC within 45 days from the end of the Offer Period i.e by 29 January 2017.
8. The cashback is over and above any other existing discount that maybe offered by Urban Ladder during the offer period.
9. Cashback will be calculated on the final cart amount paid by the Cardholder at the time of check out, using an HSBC Credit card.
10. This offer can be availed only if the full payment for the purchase is made through an HSBC Credit Card only. Transactions where payment (partial or full) is made using any other mode of payment (including e-wallets or other bank cards) will not be eligible for the cashback.
11. Any transaction that is cancelled or reversed during the Offer Period will not be included in the spending amount calculation and will not be considered for the purpose of calculating the cashback eligibility.
12. All pictures of the merchandise on Urban Ladder are for representative purposes only. Neither HSBC nor Urban Ladder will under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
13. Products offered under this Offer are subject to availability and HSBC and Urban Ladder will not be held liable for non-availability of any of the products.
14. Prior to using the Urban Ladder website or mobile app, the Cardholder should refer, read, understand, accept and agree to the user agreement and terms and conditions of the said Website and Mobile App, and proceed only if the Cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The Cardholder shall be required to give personal information and other details online. The Cardholder should read and understand the privacy policy of the website and the mobile app, prior to providing any such information. Any disclosure of information made by the Cardholder towards availing or fulfillment of the offer is at the sole discretion of the Cardholder and HSBC will not be responsible for the same. Urban Ladder may use the personal information shared by the Cardholder for any other purpose (like marketing etc.) and HSBC will not be held liable for such usage of personal information by Urban Ladder.
15. HSBC does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered on the Urban Ladder Website and Mobile App and does not make any warranties or representations as to the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products available on the Urban Ladder Website and Mobile App. Any dispute regarding these must be addressed in writing, by the Cardholder directly to Urban Ladder.
16. HSBC reserves the sole right to decide on whether a purchase transaction meets the eligibility criteria as listed above. All decisions in respect of the offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. Other than the specific entitlements available to the Cardholders under this Offer, any other claims with regard to this Offer against HSBC are waived.
17. HSBC and Urban Ladder reserve the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time by providing appropriate notice.
18. HSBC and Urban Ladder will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the offer.

20. The Offer is subject to force majeure events.
21. Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the cardholder
22. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only.  The existence of any dispute shall not, by itself, constitute any claim against HSBC.

 By participating in this offer, the Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted all the aforementioned terms and conditions in totality.
