Terms & Conditions of Warranty on Mattresses
 
PLEASE READ THE BELOW TERMS CAREFULLY. THE WARRANTY ON MATTRESSES PURCHASED THROUGH THE WEBSITE SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE BELOW TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOUR PURCHASE OF THE MATTRESS SIGNIFIES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE BELOW TERMS.
 
 
  1. To exercise the warranty benefits, you must have the original copy of the invoice with you. Without the original copy of the invoice, you will not be able to avail the warranty benefits.
  2. Warranty during 1st Year:
    • a.     During the first year the mattress will be replaced only if there is a reduction in the thickness of > 10%.
    • b.     We will try to replace your Mattress with the same Mattress, however the replacement will be subject to the availability of the said Mattress with the respective Vendor. If that same Mattress is not available at the time you exercise your warranty, a similar substitute of the Mattress will be provided to you or the purchase value of the Mattress (as stated on the invoice) will be refunded.
  3. Warranty after 1 (one) year from the date of Delivery:
    • a.     After one year from the delivery of the Mattress, if any manufacturing defect appears on the Mattress, a prorated warranty will be applicable as per the below table

    • b.     After 1 (one) year starting from the date of delivery no Mattress will be exchanged. In the event any manufacturing defect occurs in any Mattress from the range of Bounce Junior, Essential Comfort, Theramedic Comfort & Theramedic Cocoon, we will refund the entire purchase amount of the Mattress (as stated on the invoice) without any deductions. However, in the event any manufacturing defect occurs in any Mattress from the range of Essential Coir, Dream Lite & All Cloud Range, we will take the Mattress back from you and in return give you the Depreciated Value of the Mattress on-pro rata basis.
    • c.     Formula for calculation of Depreciated Value:
      Purchase amount of the Mattress (as stated on the invoice) / No of years of Warranty X the balance term = Refundable Amount.
    • d.     For example: If defect appears after 2 years of use, pro-rata money back guarantee is applicable for balance 3 years. It means that the pro-rata value in rupees to a consumer on that mattress purchased at Rs. 10,000 the guarantee of 5 years would be Rs. 10,000 /5 X 3 = Rs. 6,000/-.
    • e.     EXCEPTIONS: This warranty will not be applicable on A) any normal wear and tear of the outer cover and stitching issues arising from regular use of any Mattress, B) If the flexible polyurethane of any Mattress from the range of Bounce Junior, Essential Comfort, Theramedic Comfort & Theramedic Cocoon expands, becomes soft and/or changes colour and C) any Mattresses delivered on or after 1st December, 2015
  4. The final decision of the Warranty will be made by the respective Vendor, who is the seller of the Mattress for the time being in force

  6. In respect of any Dispute arising under this Warranty Courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

    • b.     After 1 (one) year starting from the date of delivery no Mattress will be exchanged. However, we will take the Mattress back from you and in return give you the Depreciated Value of the Mattress on-pro rata basis.
    • c.     Formula for calculation of Depreciated Value:
      Purchase amount of the Mattress (as stated on the invoice) / No of years of Warranty X the balance term = Refundable Amount.
    • d.     For example: If any defect appears after 2 years of use, Depreciated Value shall be refunded to you on pro-rata basis for balance term of 3 years. It means that the pro-rata value in rupees to a consumer on that mattress purchased at Rs.10,000 the guarantee of 5 years would be Rs. 10,000 /5 X 3 = Rs. 6,000.
    • e.     EXCEPTIONS: This warranty will not be applicable on A) any normal wear and tear of the outer cover and stitching issues arising from regular use of any Mattress, b) If the flexible polyurethane of any Mattress from the range of Aer, Aer Cocoon, Bounce Junior, Bebe, Essential Comfort, Theramedic Comfort & Theramedic Cocoon expands, becomes soft and/or changes colour and c) any Mattresses delivered on or before 30th November, 2015
  4. The final decision of the Warranty will be made by the respective Vendor, who is the seller of the Mattress for the time being in force.
