We do not recommend use of harsh chemicals or liquids to clean your mattress.

The ticking and the foam inside will get damaged.
Don't Remove the tag

The warranty will be void without the label.
Avoid Sitting on the Edge

It is advisable to avoid sitting on the edge of the mattress for longer periods since they stress the structure on the edges.

Warranty covers all manufacturing defects that may arise during the warranty period. Warranty doesn’t cover abuse of product, stain, fabric damage, natural wear and tear. In case you encounter any issue while using the product, please write to hello@urbanladder.com to get more details about the warranty of your product and process to claim. We recommend that you look up the product warranty details on your warranty card along with the mattress for exact details.

Reliance shall not be liable or responsible for any such warranty(s). We do not take any obligation to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between you and such third party.
