Terms and Conditions for State Bank Credit Card

  1. This marketing program (“Program”) is from SBI Card & Payment Services Private Ltd. (“SBICPSL”) under an arrangement with Urban Ladder (“Merchant”). It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current SBI Credit Card (“Cardholder”) and to whom a communication is sent by SBICPSL and/or Merchant
  2. The Validity of the Program (“Term”) is from 25-Jan-2017 till 23-Feb-2017 (Both days included), unless extended by SBICPSL and Merchant by mutual consent in writing.
  3. All SBI Credit Cardholders excluding SBI Corporate Credit Card with no outstanding of more than 30 days and are covered under this Program.
  4. The Cashback is also applicable on payments made through EMI on SBI Credit cards.
  5. Under this program: Cardholder can avail 5% cashback on purchases at Urban Ladder Website, m-website and mobile App using SBI Credit Card as below, during the term on transactions Rs. 15,000 & above subjected to a Maximum Cashback per card account during the term will be Rs. 2,500/-
  6. Cashback will be calculated on the net paid amount by the customer post adjustments of any cancellations, refunds, returns etc.
  7. Cashback to be posted by 20th April’ 2017 by SBICPSL
  8. Any query regarding Cashback will be entertained only till 20th May’2017
  9. By placing an order, the Cardholder accepts all terms and conditions specified on – the Urban Ladder website - www.urbanladder.com and as provided on the mobile application.
  10. All issues / queries / complaints / grievances solely relating to the products, if any, shall be addressed to Email:  hello@urbanladder.com Helpdesk: 080-46666777 and SBICPSL shall not be held liable/responsible in any manner whatsoever for any issue/queries/complaints/grievances relating to the products.
  11. SBICPSL do not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to Merchant.
  12. All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the non-receipt of the cashback or for any other issues arising out of the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to such customer care phone numbers and such Email IDs as mentioned at the back of each SBI Credit Card.Urban Ladder shall not be held liable/ or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any matter in relation to provision of the cashback by under this Offer.
  13. All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc., that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders apart of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
  14. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. SBICPSL shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.Offer is subject to availability of products and available at the sole discretion of Merchant. SBICPSL in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.
  15. Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by SBICPSL or by Merchant.
  16. All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
  17. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by SBICPSL for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at New Delhi for SBICPSL and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL.
  18. SBICPSL along with its direct affiliates is alone responsible for resolving all disputes and differences in relation to SBI Credit Cards without reference to State Bank of India. Cardholders are not bound in anyway to participate in the Programs. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
  19. SBICPSL and Urban Ladder reserve the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this Program at any time with/without prior notice to the cardholders. 

Terms & Conditions for State Bank Debit Card

  1. This marketing programme (Programme) is from State Bank Group (“Bank”) under an arrangement with Urban Ladder (“Merchant”) and is open to all residents of India holding a valid State Bank Debit Card (“Cardholder”).
  2. The validity of the programme is from 25-Jan-2017 till 23-Feb-2017 (Both days included) unless extended by Bank and Merchant by mutual consent in writing.
  3. Under this Programme, State Bank Debit Cardholders can avail 5% Cashback on a minimum purchase of Rs 15,000/- subjected to a maximum cashback of Rs 2,500/- per State Bank Debit Card
  4. The Offer is valid on both Urban Ladder Website and Mobile app
  5. The offer is also available on multiple transactions subject to a maximum of Rs. 2,500/- per card account.
  6. The offer will be applicable only when the State Bank Debit Card is used. This offer is NOT applicable on transactions made through SBI Internet Banking and State Bank Prepaid Cards.
  7. Cashback will be calculated on the net paid amount by the customer post adjustments of any cancellations, refunds, returns etc. Cashback to be posted by 20th May’ 2017 by Bank. Any issue with cashback credit will be entertained only till 20th June’ 2017
  8. The offer will be valid for the transactions made between 25-Jan-2017 till 23-Feb-2017.

  12. Urban Ladder shall not be held liable/ or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any matter in relation to provision of the cashback by under this Offer.
  13. The Programme is applicable only to individual retail consumers holding the State Bank Debit Card. In the event that this programme is used by anyone in possession of a State Bank Debit Card for commercial purpose or for a non-bonafide purpose or for unauthorized transactions, the Bank reserves the right to decide on the eligibility of offer in such cases in its sole discretion. However, it is further clarified that any issues pertaining to the offer including but not limited to the grounds mentioned above shall be the sole responsibility of the Bank and Merchant shall not entertain any communication in this regard and shall not be held liable and/or responsible under any circumstances.
  14. Any query regarding the Programme will be entertained till 23-Feb-2017. Post such date, Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Programme from any cardholder.
  15. The offer cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer mentioned in the communication.
  16. Under no circumstance the discount being offered under this Programme will be settled in lieu of cash by Bank or by Merchant.
  17. Bank does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the programme and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to Merchant.
