I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT SHARING THE REFERRAL CODE
  • How will I get my referral code?
  • Easy. Once you’re part of Multiply, we’ll email you with all the participation details and the code. We’ll also send you an SMS, so it’s easier to share.
  • How can I share the referral code?
  • You can invite your friends to use the code via Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter or by emailing them the code.
  • Can I share it with everyone?
  • We’ve currently capped the number of shares to 10, but you can definitely spread the word to everyone. Do remember though, that the code is applicable only for first-time customers, i.e., only to people who haven’t shopped with Urban Ladder before. Also, remember to only send invites to people you are acquainted with. Please do not share your code on coupon aggregation websites and other such public forums.
  • If a friend cancels the order, can I invite another person to use it?
  • Unfortunately, if someone cancels an order having used the code, we are unable to revise your number of referrals remaining. For example, if you have shared your code with 10 people, but one of them cancels their order, your share count will stand at 9.
  • How long is the code I share, valid for?
  • The code is valid for lifetime from the date you receive it. So there’s plenty of time to get the word out, and become everyone’s favourite friend.
I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT REDEEMING MY REWARD
  • So how do the rewards work?
  • Seven days after we successfully deliver an order to your friend (or colleague, or boss’s neighbour), and on no cancellations or returns, we’ll credit your account with Rs.2000. We’ll email you a reward voucher which you can use to redeem the amount you’ve earned.
  • Will I get a new reward voucher for every successful referral?
  • We’re keeping it super simple, and will top-up the same code for every successful delivery. This way, you can use it instantly, or wait till it accumulates your desired balance.
  • Can I use my reward voucher to purchase anything on the site?
  • Yes absolutely. Though, please note that purchases are limited to products only, and does not include our consultancy services (including Modular Kitchens Consultancy, Modular Wardrobes Consultancy, Urban Interiors Consultancy, Sofa Trials etc.).
  • Do reward vouchers have an expiry date?
  • Yes, they do. All reward vouchers, including any unused balance, expire three months from the date of your last successful referral. You can find the expiry date on the email update you'll receive with every reward email.
  • How do I check my reward balance?
  • We’ll keep you updated with regular emails, for every successful referral. So your email will have the balance details. Do remember to move all communication from Urban Ladder to your Primary folder so you don’t miss any important communication, like when you earn the jackpot amount of Rs.20,000.
  • Can I spend the reward amount in parts?
  • Can you really get happiness in installments? It’s so much better in full. You can use your reward voucher at any stage and redeem the full amount in it. If it’s gets topped up after that, you can use it again. What you won’t be able to do is spend in parts, for e.g. spend Rs.3,500 from a Rs.5000 balance.
SOMETHING WENT WRONG
  • I made a referral, but I haven’t received any information about my reward. Help?
  • If you aren't notified about your referral reward, it's likely that one or more of the following conditions weren't met:
    • Your friend has placed an order, but the order hasn't been delivered yet
    • The person you shared the code with is already an Urban Ladder customer (the code is rendered invalid in such cases).
    • The person you shared the code with purchased items worth less than Rs 5000, so the code didn't apply
    • Your friend may have tried to redeem the code for a consultancy service
    • The referred customer placed an eligible order, but cancelled or return the order or part of the order before cancellation period expiry
    • In certain exceptional instances, reward vouchers may take up to 30 days or more to appear in your account after a successful referral
    • The referred customer or the transaction did not meet all of our standard Terms of Use

UL reserves the right to modify the Multiply Program Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, and without notice. Participation in the Program is considered acceptance of Program Terms and Conditions and any modifications which might be made. UL may also, in its sole discretion, change, cancel, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program without notice. UL reserves the right to disqualify any customers or prospective customers at any time from participation in the Program and cancel any associated reward that has been credited/ to-be credited in the form of UL vouchers or credit to customer or prospective customers. UL reserves the right to cancel any order placed via the referer code or reward voucher, at any time as per it's discretion. In all above cases, and others laid out in detailed Multiply T&C the company is not liable for any loss of the customer or prospective customer.
