  • Is there a first time customer discount?

    We’d love for you to try us out, see what we have to offer, order from us, experience the joy of seeing a beautifully crafted product at your home before we give you a discount to buy something from us. So, we don’t have a first time customer discount.

  • You don't deliver in my city, how can I still get the furniture if I really want to?

    Do tell us which city you belong to! We’ll add to our list of ‘where should Urban Ladder go next?’ :) We admit that we are unable to cover the length and breadth of this country in the way we’d love to. That said, we hope you find what you want soon, at a store that delivers to your home.

    That said, if you still want to buy our furniture and if you believe the order value will go above Rs 2L, do reach out to us and we’ll try our best to help.

  • I want to customize one of your products, can I do that?

    Interesting! We’d love to hear from you to see how our products can improve. However, at this point, we are unable to offer customization of any of our products. Really sorry about that!

  • Are there any delivery charges or installation charges?

    No! There are no delivery or installation charges as long as you are in one of our serviceable cities/pincodes. Delivery,installation and clean up after the delivery process is on us. Go ahead and fearlessly order away.

  • Can I see the products before I buy?

    Yes! Your wish is our command :)

    We do have 3 Experience Centers in Bangalore and 1 in Pune, where you can come by and take a look at some of the products we offer in our catalogue. You can also meet our UL Buddies who will help you choose the right piece for your home. More details here.

  • Can I gift a voucher to someone?

    How thoughtful! Yes, we have introduced gift cards in our catalogue recently. The only condition would be that the loved one resides in one of the cities we deliver at.

  • What kind of exchange program do you have?

    Sorry, we are currently unable to take any furniture exchange service requests and we shall resume soon. For any queries you may write to us at hello@urbanladder.com or read more about this here.

  • How can I place a bulk order?

    If you wish to place an order of large quantities, or if you wish to order for your business/home/guest house etc, do write in at bulk@urbanladder.com or fill this form here.

    We currently are unable to customise products per your specifications but we can suggest alternatives that exist in our catalogue depending on your request.

  • What is the difference between Wenge and Mahogany finish?

    Just the shade/colour. The Wenge beds are finished with a Wenge stain while the Mahogany products are finished with a Mahogany stain. We recommend you go by the wood used and use the shade/colour only as an aesthetic feature to be considered. Please know that these are not type of woods we use for our products, but only the finishes we offer.

  • What if I like a product and want to bookmark it?

    You can wishlist it! Create your own wishlist by clicking on the ‘heart’ symbol next to every product. If you’re logged into your account (we highly recommend!), your wishlist automatically gets recorded and you can access it anytime.

  • Can I get the whole look featured on the site?

    We can certainly help you put the whole look together. However, the prices on the site right now are for specific products and not the whole look. Also, the props used as part of the photograph aren’t available for sale on the site.

  • Are there any shipping charges or any additional hidden charges?

    No, shipments are free of charge. Any additional charges like Octroi, entry taxes are paid for by us. When you enter a pin-code in the address field while ordering a product, the system will indicate whether we ship to your pin-code or not.

  • What if I receive a damaged product?

    In case you receive a damaged product (damage as defined above), please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. In case you notice an issue later, please write to us at hello@urbanladder.com.

    Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product, or offer you a replacement.
