  • My amount got debited but I have not received any order confirmation?

    If the amount has been debited from your account, do not worry, your amount is safe. This happens when the payment partner cannot get confirmation from your Bank or the Payment partner may be facing a server issue. We ask that you allow a couple of hours of time. Either the Order may get canceled and you will receive the amount from Razor Pay within 5-7 Business days. If the order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email on your registered/entered email address.

  • Where can I apply a GSTIN number?

    You can apply your GSTIN for business-related purchases while placing an order. Post continuing from the cart page, and you will be directed to the address page for the order. You may see the "Buying for your business?" section, where you will be asked to enter the GSTIN. If you fail to enter the GSTIN at this stage, you may not be allowed to change/add any details in the invoice.

  • Can I get my details changed in the invoice?

    Once an invoice has been raised it is considered a legal document and hence cannot be altered. As much as we would have loved to help you, we currently do not have the option to modify the invoices that are already generated.

  • When will I receive the invoice for my order?

    Please note that the invoicing of orders happens the moment the product is ready for delivery or reaches the ‘Dispatched’ status. You can download your invoice from the Order Page of your app/website. However, our team will hand over the hard copy of the invoice at the time of delivery. Having said that, we will be able to provide you with the proforma invoice.

  • Do you offer EMI options?

    You can buy Urban Ladder products through credit card EMIs. We offer:

    1. No cost EMI The interest cost charged by the bank overtime is being given back to you upfront at the time of this purchase and netted off in the invoice amount.

    2. EMI with interest The interest will be charged by the bank according to their annual interest rates.

  • Do you offer payment on delivery options (Cash / Card)?

    No, at this point in time, we do not offer cash/card on delivery as payment options. However, we do have an option where you can place the order at any of our stores and opt for cash/card payments. To locate your nearest store, click here..

  • What are the payment options available?

    At Urban Ladder you can shop with any of the following options

    1. Visa, Master, Rupay, Maestro, Amex cards
    2. Debit cards for more than 50 banks.
    3. Credit Card EMIs (Kotak, SBI, Axis, ICICI, HDFC, Citibank etc.)
    4. Debit Card EMI (HDFC bank)
    5. UPI & Wallets (Phone Pay, Gpay, PayZapp, etc.)
    6. NetBanking for more than 50 banks.

    Kindly note that at this point, we cannot accept international cards for certain unavoidable reasons.
