Once the order/item is canceled, refund will be processed and it will take 5-7 working days to hit the source account.

In case of store payment, refund will be processed via NEFT transfer and it would take up to 5-7 working days.

If you have used any Urban Ladder Gift Card, it will credit back to the same Gift Card and it will take 24 hours. In case of a 3rd party Gift card or Voucher the refund status needs to be checked with the 3rd party service provider.
