  • What is the estimated delivery time?

    To know the tentative delivery date for your city, please enter your pincode in the box available below "Add to cart" option on the product page.

    Once the order is placed, we send out the estimated delivery timelines in the order confirmation email. You can subsequently track you order in "Orders" page here.

  • How do I track my order status?

    Log in to your Urban ladder account and click on the Track Order link on the top left of the website to track your order!

    Here’s a quick explanation of what each of the tracking statuses means:

    1. Placed - This means that the order has been placed and confirmed.
    2. Ready To Ship - This infers that your order has been checked for quality and is all set to sail to the next station.
    3. Shipped - This means that the product(s) have been dispatched from our fulfillment center and are en route to a delivery center in your city. Once the product(s) have reached the delivery center in your city, you will get a call from our delivery team to schedule the delivery and installation follows.
    4. Out for Delivery - This means that the product(s) is on road en route to your home.
    5. Installation Pending - This means that the product(s) are delivered and the installation team will visit to install the product within 48 hours.
    6. Delivered - This infers that your order is successfully delivered and installed at your place.
  • What warranty does Urban Ladder have for its products?

    The warranty we offer differs from product to product, based on the materials used. Please refer the Warranty tab on individual product pages for warranty details.

  • Is there a first time customer discount?

    We’d love for you to try us out, see what we have to offer, order from us, experience the joy of seeing a beautifully crafted product at your home before we give you a discount to buy something from us. So, we don’t have a first time customer discount.

    At Urban Ladder, we stand by our products and our service and are proud of the value we provide to a customer.

  • I want to customize one of your products, can I do that?

    Sorry! We do not undertake customization requests for our products. However, We have Urban Ladder Create products. We have mind-boggling options for sofas and you can create a special sofa of your wish and we will manufacture it! You get to choose the color, material, type, size, cushion type, back type & back height of your choice.

    Having said that, we have a wide range of products available in varied choices of finish/shades/configurations and we will help you find a product suitable for your requirement.

  • Are there any delivery charges or installation charges?

    Yes! A small delivery fee will be applied based on your cart value which can be found on your cart page. Additional charges may apply If your delivery location is out of our service bounds.

    Installation and clean-up after the delivery process are on us. Go ahead and fearlessly order away.

  • What kind of exchange program do you have?
