1. Who is eligible to participate in this contest?
You are eligible to participate if you have bought an Urban Ladder product and if you are a resident of one of our serviceable cities i.e Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi/NCR, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Gandhi Nagar.
2. Am I eligible as a customer though I have not received an email about the contest this time around?
Yes, you can participate even if you have not received an email from us about the contest. Your entry will be considered if your delivery was made in the contest period.
3. How do I enter the contest?
- Step 1: Arrange the Urban Ladder Product in your home in a stylish and interesting manner.
- Step 2: Take a nicely composed photograph of the setting. Please make sure that the product is clearly shown in your image.
- Step 3: Go to http://www.facebook.com/urbanladder
- Step 4: Click on ‘Upload Photo’, choose the photo you want to upload, write a few lines if you want to talk about the picture and your experience with Urban Ladder and click ‘Post’
4. Can I email the picture in case I am not on Facebook? Is there any other way I can post the picture?
Yes, if you do not have a Facebook account, you can email the pictures to hello@urbanladder.com. However, we would prefer that you post the picture on our Facebook wall.
5. What is the prize?
The 3 best entries each week get an Urban Ladder gift voucher worth Rs.5000. How awesome is that? :)
6. What are the selection criteria for the winner?
The best entry will be chosen from the entries submitted, based on the overall quality of the photograph. We'll be considering both the composition of the photo, as well as how attractively/interestingly the product is arranged.
Please note that any photographs submitted previously for a similar contest will not be considered.
7. I have bought multiple products from Urban Ladder. Can I send pictures of each of them?
Yes, you can send the photos of all the Urban Ladder products at your home.
8. Is it OK to send multiple pictures of the same product?
No, we’d prefer that you choose the best image and post it on our wall. Another option would be to combine 2 images into 1 and then post it!
9. Can I use filters or photo editing software to make it look good?
Yes, you can use photo editing software to enhance the picture.
10. How will I be notified if I have won the contest?
We will send you an email to notify you if you have won the contest along with your discount voucher(s).
11. How do I use the discount/gift voucher?
If you are one of the winners, you will receive an email from us along with a coupon code. While making the purchase you can enter the coupon code at the time of checkout.
12. Can I use the gift voucher multiple number of times?
No, the coupon code in the gift voucher is valid only on a single checkout.

By participating in the contest, you have agreed to all the terms and conditions of the contest.
Once declared winner for a product, your entry will not be considered for the same product.
Urban Ladder reserves the right at any time, with or without cause, to:
- club 2 or more weeks into a single contest window
- change the terms and conditions of this contest
- decide the winners of this contest
- deny or terminate a user’s participation in this contest
Urban Ladder reserves the right to use the submitted photographs without any compensation. We may use the submitted photos as testimonials on our Facebook page or newsletter or the website or in other promotional material.
We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. The information provided will only be used to to identify your reviews and photographs as your own.
Participants must agree not to post or provide any Content that belongs to any person other than themselves unless they first obtain permission to do so, and to grant to us the rights granted in this agreement, from that person.
Every participant must agree and undertake to participate in this contest only to post and upload messages or photographs that are proper. Participants can be held legally liable for their contents and may be held legally accountable if their contents or material include, for example, defamatory comments or material protected by copyright, trademark, etc. If you come across any abuse or violation of these Terms, please report to hello@urbanladder.com
By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree and undertake that when participating in this contest, you will not:
- defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others;
- publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information;
- upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents; you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents;
- upload or distribute files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of the Website or another's computer;
- violate any code of conduct or other guidelines, which may be applicable for or to any particular Service;
- violate any applicable laws or regulations for the time being in force in or outside India.
