We do not recommend use of harsh chemicals or liquids to clean your mattress.

The ticking and the foam inside will get damaged.
Don't Remove the tag

The warranty will be void without the label.
Avoid Sitting on the Edge

It is advisable to avoid sitting on the edge of the mattress for longer periods since they stress the structure on the edges.

To file a claim under the specific warranty of the product, please contact customer service. We will need a copy of your receipt and/or Order ID number. We may ask you to take photos and send photos of your product in order to process the claim.
We offer upto 11 Years warranty on all our products and the same is replaceable on free of cost basis if any manufacturing defect arises within 1 Year. After 1 Year, the same is calculated on a pro rata basis.
In the event that a specific set of warranty(s) for any Product or service is provided by a third party i.e. by a manufacturer of the Product that is offered on the Urban Ladder Platform or a third party from whom the Product has originated or a third party service provider, such warranty claims are amongst and between the third party and you. Reliance shall not be liable or responsible for any such warranty(s). We do not take any obligation to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between you and such third party.
