  Rotate your mattress at every 6 months to 1 year lengthwise to ensure a longer life.

  Don't fold your mattress

  Doing so negatively impacts construction and life of the mattress.

  Don't Smoke in Bed

  While some of our mattresses are fire retardant, we don’t recommend smoking on the bed.

  Don't use any HARSH liquids

  We do not recommend use of harsh chemicals or liquids to clean your mattress.

  Don't iron on the Mattress

  The ticking and the foam inside will get damaged.
•  
  Don't Remove the tag

  The warranty will be void without the label.
•  
  Avoid Sitting on the Edge

  It is advisable to avoid sitting on the edge of the mattress for longer periods since they stress the structure on the edges.

Trial Nights Warranty

• The warranty covers any kind of manufacturing defect/ dent or sagging that causes a visible Indentation of 1 inch or more on the mattress. Warranty Does not cover wear & tear / misuse of the product
• Return/Refund requests will not be entertained in case of improper usage (any severe liquid spillage, stains, dirt or damage) or physical damage to the product is found during inspection.
• Any physical damage to the product should be reported within 7 days from the delivery of product
• You are expected to return the product/s in a good condition. Return/Refund requests will not be entertained if the product is used on an improper surface without proper support.
• Return/Refund request will not be entertained if the product is found to be exposed to cold / hot temperatures for a period of time that causes the materials to tear or permanently deform.
• Return/Refund request will not be entertained if the customer opts a return due to incorrect size ordered. It is always recommended to cross check the size before placing the order.
• It is mandatory that the customer provides photographs of the returning product/s while opting for a return.
• Trial Nights are applicable for the specified period mentioned from the date of delivery and the final decision on refund under the Trial Night policy will be made by the brand. The company reserves the complete right to refuse any request claim if it doesn’t fulfill the Terms and Conditions of the trial night's offer.
• In the event that a specific set of warranty(s) for any Product or service is provided by a third party i.e. by a manufacturer of the Product that is offered on the Urban Ladder Platform or a third party from whom the Product has originated or a third party service provider, such warranty claims are amongst and between the third party and you. Reliance shall not be liable or responsible for any such warranty(s). We do not take any obligation to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between you and such third party.

• We offer cancellations until the product is Shipped. Returns within 7 days of the delivery are eligible for damaged or defective products. To know more please refer to Returns Policy
• Note: Please do not unbox or assemble the product yourself. Cancellations/ Returns/ Warranty will be void if not unboxed or assembled by Urban Ladder authorized furniture experts.
