The mattress stands out for its seamless contoured support and enhanced plushness. Our individually cased pocket springs offer zero motion transfer for undisturbed sleep.
The signature 3 Zoned NRG Layer provides the best zonal support, enabling better blood circulation and muscle relaxation for the most enriching sleep. This exclusive layer comes with Copper-infused gel foam that draws heat away from the body for a cooler and more refreshing sleep. Copper being naturally antimicrobial also makes sure your mattress stay stays safe and hygienic. The mattress features a specialty special Anti Stress Fabric infused with carbon which repels the negative ions in your body when you sleep, leaving your body with a more positive charge for a deeply relaxing sleep.
Sustainability Score: Propel is made using fabric composing comprising 40% recycled yarns (from used PET bottles) along with recyclable packaging and pocket springs which are easy to recycle.

Upholstery once stained is difficult to clean. So, please avoid any spills.
Rotate your Mattress

Rotate your mattress at every 6 months to 1 year lengthwise to ensure a longer life.
Don't fold your mattress

Doing so negatively impacts construction and life of the mattress.
Don't Smoke in Bed

While some of our mattresses are fire retardant, we don’t recommend smoking on the bed.
Don't use any HARSH liquids

We do not recommend use of harsh chemicals or liquids to clean your mattress.
Don't iron on the Mattress

The ticking and the foam inside will get damaged.
Don't Remove the tag

The warranty will be void without the label.
Avoid Sitting on the Edge

It is advisable to avoid sitting on the edge of the mattress for longer periods since they stress the structure on the edges.

The warranty covers any kind of manufacturing defect/ dent or sagging that causes a visible Indentation of 1 inch or more on the mattress. Warranty Does not cover wear & tear / misuse of the product
In the event that a specific set of warranty(s) for any Product or service is provided by a third party i.e. by a manufacturer of the Product that is offered on the Urban Ladder Platform or a third party from whom the Product has originated or a third party service provider, such warranty claims are amongst and between the third party and you. Reliance shall not be liable or responsible for any such warranty(s). We do not take any obligation to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between you and such third party.

We offer cancellations until the product is Shipped. Returns within 7 days of the delivery are eligible for damaged or defective products. To know more please refer to Returns Policy
