    • For any purchase worth Rs. 25,000 or above made using SBI Credit cards on EMI transactions, user will get a 5% cashback with an upper limit of Rs. 3,500 on cashback. Valid on purchases from urbanladder.com / Urban Ladder App/ Urban Ladder Stores.
    • What kind of card and transactions will be eligible for this offer?
    • This offer is valid only on EMI scheme transactions made through Valid SBI Credit cards only. Transactions made without EMI or made through SBI Debit Cards or SBI corporate cards will not be eligible for this offer.
    • What are the EMI tenures eligible for this offer?
    • EMI tenures eligible for 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 12 months.
    • When is this offer valid?
    • The cashback offer is valid on only orders made between Feb 23rd, 2018 and March 24th, 2018 (dates included)
    • If I place two or more orders within this period that total to Rs. 25000 or more, do I still get the cashback?
    • No. The 5% Cashback offer on SBI Credit Card EMI is only applicable on single transactions of paid value more than Rs. 25,000.
    • When will I get the cashback?
    • Cashback will be credited to the card account by the bank by May 24th, 2018.
    • Is the limit on the order value or the total after discounts?
    • The minimum limit of Rs. 25,000 will apply on the net amount paid by the customer post adjustments of all other discounts/coupons cancellations, refunds, returns etc.
    • Will I get 5% cashback on all orders if I make multiple orders?
    • The cashback is available only once for each SBI card. Within this, only the first transaction that qualifies for the cashback will be eligible for the same.
    • If I opt for a Zero% interest EMI scheme while making the purchase, will the cashback offer still apply ?
    • Yes.
    • What products will this offer be valid on?
    • This offer will only be valid on furniture, lighting and carpets purchased during the campaign period. This will not apply on decor products including bedsheets, curtains, cushions, Table linen, warmers, wall art, figurine, and plants. Any product that is listed under bedsheets, curtains, cushions, Table linen, warmers, wall art, figurine, or plants category is excluded from the SBI offer and will not to the order value.
    • Is there a limit to the cashback amount?
    • Yes. Rs 3,500.
    • Is this applicable for Gift Cards?
    • No.
    • Is this applicable on Amazon/Flipkart orders?
    • No.
    • I placed an order just a day before the offer’s start date. Can I avail the offer?
    • No. The offer is applicable only on transactions between Feb 23rd, 2018 and March 24th, 2018 (dates included).
    • Can I club two SBI cashback offers / cards for a single transaction ?
