We’d like you to connect us with friends/acquaintances you think might be suitable for job openings at Urban Ladder. If your referral is suitable for the role and joins our team, you’ll receive a UL voucher worth Rs.10,000.

-        If they’re interested in any of the open positions, they can send their resume to jobs@urbanladder.com with your email ID in the CC field. The subject of the email should be “UL Connections – <The role they’re applying for>” (Eg: UL Connections - User Experience Designer)

 - Where can I see the open job positions at Urban Ladder?

- How will you know who my referral is?

When your friend sends his/her resume to jobs@urbanladder.com, please make sure they include your email ID is in the CC field. That’ll help us know that he/she is your referral.

- Can I send my own resume? I’d like to join UL.

Of course, you can! Instead of a referral voucher, you’ll be entitled to a lot more perks =)

- When will my friend hear from  your HR team?

Our team will get back to the applicant within 10 business days.

- When will I receive my voucher and how?

You’ll receive your UL voucher within 15 days from your referral's date of joining.

- What if my friend has also been referred by another UL customer?

In that case, the referral voucher will be split into two and a voucher worth Rs.5000 will be sent to each of you.
