   You're eligible to participate if you've bought an Urban Ladder product.

2. Am I eligible as a customer though I have not received an email about the contest this time around?

   No. This contest is open exclusively to customers who’ve received an email communication from us within three weeks of receiving their Urban Ladder product.

3. How do I enter the contest?
   You can -

   • Option 1 : Post a picture on the Urban Ladder Facebook wall with #ULStory
   • Option 2 : Post a picture on Instagram with #ULStory
   • Option 3 : Post a picture on Twitter with #ULStory
   • Option 4 : Email the pictures to hello@urbanladder.com (We like you more when you share it online.)

   • Option 1 : Post a picture on the Urban Ladder Facebook wall
     • Click a picture of your Urban Ladder product in your home in a stylish and interesting manner. Please make sure that the product is clearly shown in your image.
     • Go to the Urban Ladder Facebook page, click on ‘Upload Photo’, choose the photo you want to upload.
     • Write your #ULStory about the picture and your experience with Urban Ladder and click 'Post'. Don't forget to include the hashtag #ULStory.
   • Option 2 : Post a picture on Instagram
     • Click a picture of the Urban Ladder product in your home in a stylish and interesting manner. Please make sure that the product is clearly shown in your image.
     • Go to your Instagram app, choose the photo you want to upload. Feel free to use attractive filters and edit.
     • Write your #ULStory about the picture and your experience with Urban Ladder and click 'Share'. Don't forget to include the hashtag #ULStory. Feel free to cross post it to Twitter and Facebook.
   • Option 3 : Post a picture on Twitter.
     • Click a picture of the Urban Ladder product in your home in a stylish and interesting manner. Please make sure that the product is clearly shown in your image.
     • Go to the Twitter app, choose the photo you want to upload.
     • Write your #ULStory about the picture and your experience with Urban Ladder and click 'Share'. Don't forget to include the hashtag #ULStory. Feel free to cross post it to Instagram and Facebook.
   • Option 4 : Don’t have an account on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram? No problem! Email the pictures to hello@urbanladder.com. 
5. What's the prize?

   One winner gets to grab UL vouchers worth Rs. 2,000 every week.

6. What are the selection criteria for the winner?

   The photographs are expected to be clear (not blurry or dampened), featuring Urban Ladder products and of reasonable resolution so they can be rendered across devices clearly. Please note that any photographs submitted previously for a similar contest will not be considered.

7. I have bought multiple products from Urban Ladder. Can I send pictures/stories of each of them?

   Sure. You can send the photos/stories of all the Urban Ladder products at your home. Each submission/story will be considered a separate entry. More the number of your entries the more shots you get at a prize! 

8. Is it OK to send multiple pictures of the same product?

   No, we'd prefer that you choose the best image and share it with us. If you do want to share multiple pictures of the same product be sure to style them differently. 

9. If I post the same picture on multiple networks does it count as two entries?

   No. One picture is considered one entry.

10. Can I use filters or photo editing software to make it look good?

    Absolutely! You can use photo editing software to enhance the picture.

11. How will I be notified if I have won the contest?

    If you win, we will comment or reply to your #ULstory post, letting you know. If you entered via e-mail, we will reply to your e-mail letting you know.

12. How do I use the UL voucher?

    You will receive the voucher via private message on the social network you used to post your entry. In case your entry was via e-mail, you will receive it on e-mail. While making a purchase, you can enter the voucher at checkout.

13. Can I use the gift voucher multiple times?

    No, the coupon code in the UL voucher is valid only on a single checkout.

1. Once declared winner for the contest, your entry will not be considered for the same contest.
2. Urban Ladder reserves the right at any time, with or without cause, to:
   • change the terms and conditions of this contest
   • decide the winners of this contest
   • deny or terminate a user’s participation in this contest
3.  Urban Ladder reserves the right to use the submitted photographs and text without any compensation. We may use the submitted photos and text as testimonials on our Facebook page or newsletter or the website or in other promotional material.
4. We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. The information provided will only be used to to identify your reviews and photographs as your own.
5. Participants must agree not to post or provide any Content that belongs to any person other than themselves unless they first obtain permission to do so, and to grant to us the rights granted in this agreement, from that person.
6. Every participant must agree and undertake to participate in this contest only to post and upload messages or photographs that are proper. Participants can be held legally liable for their contents and may be held legally accountable if their contents or material include, for example, defamatory comments or material protected by copyright, trademark, etc. If you come across any abuse or violation of these Terms, please report to hello@urbanladder.com
7. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree and undertake that when participating in this contest, you will not:
   • defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others;
   • publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information;
   • upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents; you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents;
   • upload or distribute files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of the Website or another's computer;
   • violate any code of conduct or other guidelines, which may be applicable for or to any particular Service;
   • violate any applicable laws or regulations for the time being in force in or outside India.
