• The warranty covers any kind of manufacturing defect/ dent or sagging that causes a visible Indentation of 1 inch or more on the mattress. Warranty Does not cover wear & tear / misuse of the product.
  • Return/Refund requests will not be entertained in case of improper usage (any severe liquid spillage, stains, dirt or damage) or physical damage to the product is found during inspection.
  • Any physical damage to the product should be reported within 72 hours from the delivery of product.
  • You are expected to return the product/s in a good condition. Return/Refund requests will not be entertained if the product is used on an improper surface without proper support.
  • Return/Refund request will not be entertained if the product is found to be exposed to cold / hot temperatures for a period of time that causes the materials to tear or permanently deform.
  • Return/Refund request will not be entertained if the customer opts a return due to incorrect size ordered. It is always recommended to cross check the size before placing the order.
  • It is mandatory that the customer provides photographs of the returning product/s while opting for a return.
  • Trial Nights are applicable for the specified period mentioned from the date of delivery and the final decision on refund under the Trial Night policy will be made by the brand. The company reserves the complete right to refuse any request claim if it doesn’t fulfill the Terms and Conditions of the trial night's offer.
  • Wakeup India reserves the right to refuse replacements for mattresses that do not meet the specified conditions in this policy.This policy is subject to change at any time without notice. Mattress returns will be inspected and picked up within 7-10 days of raising a return request. All Wakeup Mattress approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 days once the mattress has been picked up for return.
  • This modified policy provides customers with the option to request a replacement if they are not satisfied with the mattress within the 100-night trial period, while still ensuring that you do not provide refunds for the mattress purchase.
  • In the event that a specific set of warranty(s) for any Product or service is provided by a third party i.e. by a manufacturer of the Product that is offered on the Urban Ladder Platform or a third party from whom the Product has originated or a third party service provider, such warranty claims are amongst and between the third party and you. Reliance shall not be liable or responsible for any such warranty(s). We do not take any obligation to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between you and such third party.
