• Urban Ladder reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, update, or withdraw this offer at any time without notice, at its sole discretion.
• The winner will not have any legal right to challenge the decision of Urban Ladder.
• This contest is ONLY applicable on the Urban Ladder Catalog Mobile App.
• The contest is open to all users who create or edit a wishlist on the App between Oct 8th, 2015 and Oct 12th. Applicable only in the following cities that are serviced by Urban Ladder
• One winner will be selected pan-India from among all the people who create or edit a wishlist on the Urban Ladder app, during the contest period.
• The winner will be awarded his/her entire wishlist free of cost up to a maximum value of Rs.1,00,000.
• The winner must have the app installed on the phone when we send the contest result notification, for the entry to be valid.
• The winner will be notified via a push notification on the app. We will also send an email to the registered email-id, on or before Oct 20th, 2015, explaining the next steps.
• The selected products will be provided by us based on availability of stock.
• The winner cannot, under any circumstance, transfer the award to any other individual/ party.
• Under no circumstance, can the prize amount, in part or full, be redeemed for cash.
